Living in West End
Living in West End at Villas Del Playa is convenient to everything but quietly away from the village. We will often walk the beach into West End for Breakfast or Dinner and enjoy the large variety of food, bars to watch the sunset and friendly people. The quiet little village of West end becomes a little busier during the evening when people gather for cocktails, dinner and good music. You may walk to West Bay along the beach to enjoy their restaurants too or hail a water taxi to take you there for a nominal fee.
West End also is a safe mooring cove for many sailboats traveling the world, Day fishing trips and excursions are available to other Bay Islands: Utila, Cayos Cochinos and Guanaja. September is the annual Blue Marlin Tournament held in West End.
There are 69 named Dive Sites on the West End side of the island.
